We offer many different widths, lengths and heights to meet the specific needs of a customer. We also offer 40ft., 50ft., and 60ft. wide garages. All of our garages are free standing with the weight of the structure distributed on the side legs.
Roof Style
The garages can have one of two roof designs. One is the Standard Rolled-Corner design. The second design is the A-frame with Boxed Eave.
Structure and Roofing
Customers can select from a 14 gauge or a 12 gauge frame. The 12 gauge is stronger while the 14 gauge is more cost efficient. Both gauge frames are made of square tubing. The roofing and siding is 29 gauge steel. Both roof styles come with horizontal panels that run from end to end. The a-frame design provides the customer with the option of having vertical roof panels installed at an additional charge. Vertical roof panels run from the peak to the side of the carport to aid with drainage. We highly recommend the vertical panels in areas with average to high yearly snowfall. Customers also have the option to purchase vertical siding at an additional cost.
Options
We also offer a large number of options for our garages. Customers can choose to have 1 to 4 sides enclosed on the garage. We also offer roll-up garage doors that range in sizes from 8x7 to 10x10. Custom size doors can also be ordered. Other options include walk-in doors and windows. To help anchor the garage, we offer mobile home anchors and concrete anchors at an additional charge. These provide extra stability for the garage.
